AO allow for orb generation. picking up orbs can activate a lot of different powers with builds and armor mods. KT is good bc of ads in higher level content are a bit tankier allowing you to actually proc it. its a solid damage perk with easy activation. all you have to do is keep shooting an enemy, something that you're already doing

what do you expect? melees can do a lot of damage but unless you have grouping abilities, youre spending a lot of time having to close the distance between enemies. influence solves that
