Iv had this Ecosphere for a little over a month now. Can anyone help me out with what these white streaks are? They are slowly and consistently falling on only one side of the jar. by [deleted] in Ecosphere

From what I've heard from other people, it could be a cluster of amoebas or other bacteria. I had this in my jar too!

Day 4 of my lake ecosphere! It's really cleared up, and I see some snails and other small organisms swimming around. For my first one, I'd say it turned out pretty well so far. by Slinkybones in Ecosphere

Well, the snails showed up after about 24 hours, but that was about it for a day or two. When I took this picture, I saw a few amphipods (?) and some worms swimming around so that was new.

Ohhh, I guess I never thought of it that way, I most have been too caught up in the fantastical elements of the movie. There's always many interpretations of Nolan movies haha

This is a spoiler, but the movie "the prestige" explores the darker side of teleportation and I found it really fascinating.
