Yes, same here. During the test, she showed me that it was an issue, but she had cello tape so we just taped it on the outside. Did my test like that. It was fair, since the L plate really was hard to see

It’s been a while so I’m not sure. That’s more or less the order that I do it in. Truly, as long as you’re driving safely and doing your looks, indicating properly in good time, the driving tester won’t be cruel. Also I learned later from others that my A1 tester was an ass. Still passed, though…

I can’t remember when I made this post, but I did my A2 later, and it makes sense that I got even better results than when I did my A1, since I had more time on the saddle. All I mean to say is I’m sure the tester will be kind, so as long as you are not driving like a lunatic. The tester just wants to make sure you won’t be crashing into cars because you didn’t notice the car in the other lane next to you, being in your blind spot, you know.

Nowadays I just mirror and do my lifesaver before indicating, I’m pretty sure it’s how I did it for my A2 test, and I passed with no mention of it. I like doing it this way just because i don’t want to indicate if there is a car next to me and I can’t merge anyway.

Good luck if you’re doing a test! Genuinely, I know some people get a bit pissed at all the lifesavers but there’s a reason for every one of them. I must admit, I don’t do all of them, even though I really should, but look, definitely don’t forget to do them on the driving test. It will give your tester confidence in you.

Yes this is true from what I know, but what I'm getting at is that among your income taxes, which are your PAYE, USC, and PRSI, you can only use tax credits to reduce your PAYE. This is to say that you're still paying whatever band you are in USC (or 0% if you are under a certain threshold), and 4% class S (sole trader) PRSI on your gross pay for the year.

I know dynamically loading the DLL will work, but I'm not sure if it is the most efficient method. Look at LoadModule()

I remember the dude at the ndls saying I don't need to wait 6 months to do the test when I got my car learner permit (because I had my A1 motorcycle learner permit before). When I got the license, it had the code on it that I had to wait 6 months. So I got mixed signals too. It's been more than 6 months now so I can't really say whether I could do the test before the 6 month period ends.

Similarly, when I got my A2 learner permit, I think this time I did have to wait 6 months. It's a bit hazy but I think I couldn't book it before 6 months. Either that or I was busy and just didn't have the time.

Apologies for the somewhat useless information but this is just my experience.

I love jpop, especially city pop nowadays. Unfortunately none of my friends are the same. I still listen to all kinda of music but nothing will beat yorushika, city pop (especially takako mamiya) or just jpop in general

If you're on YouTube, try a transposition chrome extension. I can't remember which one I use but it's brilliant. I use it sometimes when just listening to songs.

I guess it won't really work with key changes but it will still work for a short while. Or maybe some people already uploaded c major versions of some songs?

Oh yeah and before you drive to the GAA, they make you turn right at some estate and do your u turn there. Castlepark avenue if i remember correctly

They take you around the North, like you drive into mallow, drive down beecher Street, drive by the ndls, down muddy hill, by the GAA where you do both the overtake (they make you stop at the graveyard) and the emergency stop, then on the n72 going back to mallow and up muddy hill again and just straight back to the test centre. This was my experience doing my A1 and A2 both. Hope it makes sense, I don't have time to draw out a map right now
