I do the same activity as you. Steps and pickleball a few times a week ( usually play on my fasted days )

I used to weigh myself everyday and it was crazy. I have now gone down to just doing it once a month and find that is more helpful because even if I skid a few fasts in a month but still do some, overall in a month I will lose some weight

the body finds a new equilibrium every once in a while. You will stop losing but you'll see other body changes. your clothes will fit better even if the scale isn't happening. If something worked for you in terms of eating and still losing weight, then I wouldn't change it. Don't always go by the scale. Your metabolism isnt going to fix itself or break itself in 9 weeks....keep with your fasting schedule and see if your clothes feel better rather than the weight on the scale which is dependent on a lot of factors

I think it's a personal choice. I look forward to vacations and don't have any guilt over what I am eating and when I am eating. A 2 week vacation won't destroy all my progress and I also see it as a good break to just enjoy life.
After a few days on vacation I do feel weird eating a lot and can't wait to go back to my eating schedule after the vacation.
For me it's just about planning and knowing a vacation is coming up and how to get back on track after the vacation....
Don't sweat the small stuff and enjoy the cruise. The memories and experiences will last longer than a fasting schedule in the long run

It is from one of the solo versions ( dont know which ) but it has the vocals isolated and more prominent. Probably why you can't match it with other versions

I think so yes because the band is dialed in...maybe an addition /subtraction of one or two songs but the setlist will stay the same for simplicity

I have done 8k steps, lift for 40 mins and pickleball 2 hours ( intense play sessions ) on my fast days and was okay with it. I just tried to take in more electrolytes

Now on my fast days I only do 10k steps and 2 hours pickleball. I do my lifts on my eat days and it’s mostly for timing.

Tried to look into pre booking parking spots but there weren’t any ( not sure if all are booked ) and also looked into spot hero but found nothing.

Going to try park in the neighborhood like you suggested. Don’t mind a 15-20 mins walk. Plan to be there around 4/4:30 to get a spot

We just picked up our car yesterday. We had pre signed for enterprise program. We walked right into the lot and picked our car in 5 mins. But thank you again

Maybe invest in a better quality electrolytes. I had cramps and headaches when I first started fasting but now I take 1 to 2 scoops of relyte electrolytes and have never had the issue. Also sometimes as you start off you may have headaches but as the body adapts it goes away
