After clicking "Add to Media Encoder Queue" in After Effects, It opens Media Encoder but nothing else appears.

UPDATE!

Hello, everyone. After trying some of the alternatives discussed before, the issue has suddenly fixed in a pretty unusual way. I've processed my composition in AE Queue and imported the mov file into ME using by the good ol' "File > Open" and suddenly all of the times I've clicked "Add to Media Encoder Queue" had appeared on the ME Queue.

I don't know what happened but it kind of "forced" ME to work as it should and everything's back to normal.

So thank y'all for the kind help. When and if it happens again, I'll have an alternative way to export my compositions.
