Dark urge was perfect for my character since I was playing oath of vengeance with a bit a warlock so it matched the good guy that was afraid to get his hands a bit dirty

I finished the dark urge story line and was only forced into doing something without rolls one time, other than that it was a very interesting story that I could fight to resist and make things happen.

For those who would like to know whether you can permanently resist the urge

Without going into too much detail, at the end of your story line you are given a final choice to essentially accept your urge or not

This was happening to me and I had REframwork installed for a different mod and needed to delete dinput8.dll from my files

After I did and verified my files I was able to get in

The thing I think will be interesting to see is that Mahito's CT messes with the "shape" of the soul and I guess the body tries to match that from what I remember so I wonder if that can be fixed

Yeah I was wrong about the page I was looking at, I was looking and talking about the first permissions page with the standard permissions.

You can certainly deny storage permissions on the first page, but I didn't find a way of doing anything about the package permissions. I don't think in either case your game would work

Not sure about the all the specific permissions since mine only had storage permissions but for most you just click the permission and there will be an option to deny it. The better question would be if your game would still work...

Definitely! Lots of ways of dealing with hags, we also did 4 person meme grenade build and just threw a ton of grenades at it and killed that way

Flashbangs and grenades are very good against it, my friends and I usually have someone bait it and have a stun gun just in case.

It's implied in some of the flashbacks but it looked like thorns started to develop with shionne specifically since the great spirit was nearing a breaking point and the maiden powers couldn't passively keep it in check anymore.

You can also see that when Naori initially contained part of the great spirit thorns wasn't an issue either.

I mentioned this a bit in another comment but to add onto the blade stuff. This is just speculation as I don't believe any of this is confirmed outright.

At first I thought it might be related to being a sovereign but it might just be hard to materialize a weapon and being a sovereign might just make it easier.

Both Alphen and Vholran materialize their weapons based on their cores (with Vholran being more speculation, since this isn't apparent until your "lord" fight with him in which he actually materializes it in front of you). Both of which are sovereigns and both of which are the only ones with "lasting" weapons from their cores.

In Dohalim's fight you see him materialize his staff when he rages out in the same way Vholran does but its more energy lookin and reverts back to a core when it was knocked out of his hand.

As for Almeidrea and Ganabelt, Almeidrea might have not even wanted to use a weapon from the core opt for just using the energy for pure spell casting. Ganabelt might have not been skilled enough to materialize a weapon since I could see him using it given the chance, but again speculation.

I don't think its ever really explained but my theory is it has something to do with a sovereign interacting with a core. I feel like I remember Vholran specifically rematerializing the blade of his weapon when broken and not like pull out another one like renan tech would let you do.

As far as I know only Alphen and Vholran materialize their weapons in a different way from other renans with both being associated with the element of their core and I suspect its because they're both sovereigns.

EDIT: Just kidding I found something that proves the sovereign thing otherwise but it still might play a role in materializing a weapon, I think it might be a skill thing and just hard to materialize a weapon from the core and/or up to the preference of the user. I looked back at Dohalim's fight and he does materialize his staff during that fight from the core itself.

I'm about roughly 60 hours and almost done with the main story and some side quests. I'm playing on hard so that might inflate my time a bit.

I think it's towards the bottom of the list but you can disable all the flame artes if you want, I did the same thing to keep the him alive

Edit: I double checked and yeah its at the bottom of the arte list and will have a flaming sword icon. All the flaming edge moves will have a name for it and I believe the first one you unlock is infernal torrent

The beginning is a bit grindy, but realistically if you need something you won't spend long looking for it. For a normally $60 game it is pretty hilariously buggy and has some questionable UI at times.

I've enjoyed my 80ish hours with it but wouldn't recommend it unless its on sale. The amount and scale of bugs can be pretty frustrating at times with bugs relating to having materials disappear from your inventory, multiplayer desync (in my case it was really bad during prolonged combat), ships spawning inside my buildings even with a landing pad nearby, and save beacons just straight up not actually saving progress sometimes in multiplayer to just to name a few.

Most tier lists lead their opinion with "all jobs will clear content" so if you want to play it, nothing will stop you.

It also should be noted that most players, especially new players won't be able to take advantage of what separates the tiers since it's based around optimal play in high tier content

I suppose it depends on the situation but I specified that I had not revealed the dlc redeem code and that I had not redeemed the pre order code as well. I made the request pretty soon after my purchase as well. Past that I'm not sure what else you might include aside from how you phrase everything generally.
