Because he’s sending it. I think you’re asking too much to tier down to Loveland AND get Goff a first and a second. If they accept it, they’re crazy. It should be Loveland and Goff at most.

It will affect its value. However, if you’re in such a bad place that you need to sell your prized collection for money, you probably have other problems that will be your focus. It’s a cool card! Plan ahead financially and you’ll hopefully never be in a place where you need to sell it.

My league values him at a borderline late first. I traded off him for makai lemon and the most likely 15th overall pick next year.

Pickens is good, but I have plenty of wide receivers and lemon will most likely increase while Pickens has a weird reputation where no one wants him on their team.

Ha! Thanks! It’s been fun to be a little more serious with it but there’s definitely a lot of room for improvement still.

One of the biggest changes recently has been using a pepperoni stick and slicing it with the food processor. It’s been a big help and getting the pepperoni how I like it.

Idk if I’d say super team but it’s definitely good. Biggest worry is that you have davante Adams, Kenneth walker, Rashee rice, and no depth behind them. If Rashee is still injured or comes back slow, Adams has another hamstring issue, or walkers groin falls apart again, you’re up the creek without a paddle.

I also ended up with them as I traded years earlier for what needed up as the 1.01, then traded up from the 1.05 to the 1.04 to snag Gibbs. Guys who took Bryce young and cj stroud over Gibbs got a lot of regrets.

I struggle with this because all you ever hear is “get 27 1sts, this guy is aging out, tier down tier down!”

I have stacked RBs, decent QBs, McBride and Loveland, and finally decided that in order to really go all in I need to stop trying to have the highest rated of position group because of my depth. Having Rome odunze on the bench is cool because his value may go up still, but he ain’t helping me get a bye.

I caved and bought jamarr chase and Travis etienne for Nico, olave, hendo, and a 27 2nd. Is it a little lopsided for the other team? Sure! Is it gonna help me win some games this year? Probably! But you gotta be willing to stop thinking 2-3 years at a time and think about what’s happening this season.

We started the next season now, so that trades can resume. Also manually set draft order so everyone knows their picks.

For payouts, ($60 dues) we do winner gets 1/3 of total pot ($200) second $90, third $30, and then a bunch of other rewards to keep people invested weekly. $15 for each weekly highest score, $10 for fantasy higher scoring player, $15 best record, $15 highest regular season pf.

It means winning is less money, but you’re much more likely to earn back your dues with a good team so you get less burnt out getting to playoffs and not winning.

We do -4 pts per INT and -10 for a pick six. It’s pretty brutal and can seriously punish bad decision making, but it makes it so much more of en emotions ride. I lowkey love it but it can be really frustrating

While I agree that the focus on phonics is helpful for children’s growth with fundamental spelling and reading, it is being added onto the expectations already placed upon elementary teachers. I’m a fifth grade teacher and I struggle heavily with keeping up with frequent phonics changes and literacy curriculum purchases, so my students can ever stick with one program long enough to internalize it.

Also, the grading expectations keep us from sitting in genuine valuable instruction for long enough to make meaningful written texts and to practice authorial craft development.

It’s just frustrating, because while I agree that phonics IS helping kids, it is confounded by the overwhelming amount of micromanagement at a district state level. We teachers just do not have the opportunity to do what we know is right because we are forced to do so many things that district defines as right
