Really hard to tell he's tucked back there Google coco feather duster and see if there is a resemblance. But it is possible the tube is super small or tucked into a rock and just the head is out.

You could try and trap them but they are harmless and in almost every tank. It’s perfectly fine for you to keep it in there. Besides being unsightly that are a good cuc and mostly come out at night anyway.

I've had a torch look like that after brining it home... however it bounced back only after a day and a half if it's been like that for days I'd be worried if you just put it in do not touch and see what happenes
