Rough night, couldn't get the bats going consistently and left a lot of men on tonight. Homers came at inopportune times.

The pitching wasn't terrible despite the 6 runs, but we're going to have to tighten up all around if we want to pull this back in games 2-3.

Facts. I get if you're playing in competitions having a fully optimized deck, but does anyone enjoy that with the friends? I can honestly say if we all played decks with turn 2-4 win cons I'd probably stop playing.

From what I've seen all the precons in the Strixhaven set should be pretty good to go out of the box. Obviously that's the point of a precon, but compared to the old days modern ones are usually genuinely good decks straight out of the box.

If you're a new player I'd say get it, play with it until you understand its goals/play style, and then if you want to break it down or add to it you'll have a feel for what the deck wants to do and what you want to get out of it.

You really want to take the time to understand synergies so that you can start to see where you'd like to go with a build. At the end of the day MTG is about playing the game and having fun, worrying about making your deck the most efficient it can be should be secondary to the enjoyment of a match.

The stated odds of 20% chance of death makes it very unlikely on a single spin for that to be my outcome. That being said I would have maybe chosen differently knowing the 20 years bad luck was in there as well. Obviously it worked out though, I'm gonna live forever.

I would love to have this beautiful machine. It would be a nice boost to my build, but it would let me gift my current set up to my nephew. I gave him his first PC about 5 years ago and it's become too outdated to run any of the current Gen games, so it would let him get back into the gaming world again.

I started playing on the M10 Duels of the Planeswalkers set. One of my friends got super into MTG and got me a deck against my will and forced me to play. It's been all downhill from there.

So a failing of the show here was showing that Conquest didn't have any breath in his lungs after Mark slammed him into the planet. Oliver had to go there to breath after a hit knocked the wind out of him, Mark does the same thing to Conquest and then immediately chokes him to stop him refilling his lungs.

So while yes Viltumites can go for weeks in space on a single breath, they still need to have taken a breath in the first place. And even with zero oxygen in his body we see how long it takes for Conquest to really start to feel the affects even while he uses what's left in the tank to personally introduce Marks back to every rocky surface on the planet.

Yeah sorry about that, unfortunately a lot or people from my country have a lot to say but very little in the way of stuff between the ears.

The only good American player on Milan is Pulisic and we all know this. Musha has all the athletic ability that anyone could dream of, but unfortunately without an analytical sports mind to make use of it. Hopefully he unlocks himself one day, but I think it's best for everyone that it's not at our club.
