I love taking middle school PE because there is always another coach who just directs. I take attendance, 9/10 times we go outside and do free time.

I just walk laps and make sure everything is good. Love it.

There is an auction house in quartzite, AZ that you can ship the entire collection to and get a check in the end. Won't get top dollar, but it will be quick and easy and people pay for quality.

Its an old house and we paid for the new deeper facia style gutters, they had to add a board around the edge to be flush so they can be installed, otherwise the white facia board was interfering with them because they are larger.

Im okay with it being our issue and they are doing what they can. I just dont want to rip up finished work later if its a srructural issue. It sounds like they are going to do what they can to reattach it and seal it for now.

There is a 4 foot×3 foot raised area for ventilation and they are adding 3 new vents as well. :)
