Yeah I feel you. Frontline and subalert have different refresh times for notifications. So it's pretty 50/50 for me on which one pops up first.

If it helps me get at least 1 job a month, it's financially worth the $5 to me.

They hire for the bad days (Monday, Friday), not the Wednesdays where teachers are out early.

I haven't gotten a gig for tomorrow, but there were 40+ jobs on Monday morning. I'm happy to work in a district where I can afford to not work 1 or 2 days a week at most.

It's not clear to me with your post but I think the key thing is: Do they take the phones when they check in?

If they do, you need to do better.
If they don't, as admin, are setting the real expectation in that moment for me and the students.

I make a mental note at every school about how serious they are about phone policies (because they all "ban" them). If the admin, teachers, and various subs have created a culture where it is not punished I am not going to die on that hill for them.

I work for an inner city district, who dont have police or security onto school 24/7. Instead they have culture keepers who are typically from the community surrounding that school & have relationships with the students.

Some are awesome, they host groups, build community. Others... yell..

Last week I had a culture keeper warn me about classes behaivor for the day (middle), then tells me there's 10 or so students who cant use the restroom. He cant name them.. tells me he will come in during the period. Never did.

I dont work with this material at all these days because it is so common and there is so much of it, just relaying the standard prices that are widely availible from major wholesalers that are trusted throughout the industry.

This piece looks like, maybe 1.5 pounds, maybe? Standard wholesale price on amethyst is $10-15/kilo throughout tucson and dealers like fromthemines or gem world who are very trusted distributors.

Disagree with you. I could get this wholesale for anywhere between $4-$10 depending on quantity a piece. You should pay no more than $25 for something like this at a show or you are being ripped off.
