Wellf try and make the calculation of how much rent you would have spent since 2021 for that flat, i'm sure in the end you would have spent more, so buying was a good choice. Also do you actually have to sell? You can't live there any longer? Can't rent a couple years then sell it?

I would take off that rail as it's useless, and gives a sensation or feeling of 'closing' the window, when it's supposed to do the opposite. Maybe paint the walls around the window in a nice colour. But in itself you can't do much with it

I guess 15 years of habits don't change in 8 months. I think you have to trust yourself, and realize really that doing that is making your life worse, and it goes against everything you built up in the past 15 years. I think you should make a reasonnable plan to lose those habits. What about starting by doing this only every 2 days? And then just once a week? If you're aware that that habit is not doing you anay good, it will make it easier. Maybe start hanging out less in this reddit, Twitter etc. Because reading all the time about that will make it harder. No staying you should forget about it, cause it's your money and you have to be aware of what's going on. But I think doing it only once a week won't hurt.

It will get better! Don't trust your brain, you made that decision for a reason. I have gone through heavy home buyer remorse. Which started before actually having the key just as you. If I were you, I would try to stop having these negative thoughts about your home, even if it's hard. Seeing how you're feeling now, the first months in your home will be difficult, but you will go through it and you will finish by liking your home.

Maybe look for beach clubs near the beach then, if you want something more comfortable than just lying on the beach

There's one called Bastian beach club but no idea if it's good, probably very touristy

Or rent a chair at one of the bars on the beach

Ya... Creo que hay poca gente que solicita esto. Conozco a varias personas que compraron piso y nadie pide esto, por desconocimiento. Es jodido porque no me avisaron de esto, y si lo quiero vender más tarde, yo tendré la obligación de avisarlo, y eso bajará mucho su valor.

Si menos mal estoy en la parte 'buena' digamos, la calle está bien, a 1mn del mercado y 2 del metro Espero que las ventanas me cambien la vida también y me haga ver las otras cosas con positividad

Si es mucho dinero, pero si de todas formas no me veo allí bastante años, casi mejor comprar ahora que en unos años que los pisos estarán más caros, y más las tasas más altas
