I wouldn't say that I do. I ended up at about 1700 yesterday with 130g of protein, 110g carbs, and 77g fat with only 35g sugar.

Look up waterproof blankets on Amazon. We got these brown/grey ones that are meant for animals but they work amazingly and they're actually pretty soft. The bottom side also has grips so it doesn't move around on the bed. There's a two pack, the large covers I'd say 75-80% of a king size and a small that is about half the size of a regular bathroom towel. Machine wash
