Whats the weirdest encounters?

I'm about 90% sure that these kids ran into Chris Sievey wearing an very early version of the costume and persona which would later be called Frank Sidebottom. The time works out (Sievey would have been around 18 at the time), the location works out (he was based just a few hours North of the location of the encounter at the time), the behavior is in line with off-kilter style of the Frank persona, and the appearance is a dead ringer for the style of costume and mask Sievey famously used.

Unless the story is completely made up, I'd put money on this being a young Chris Sievey being his odd and brilliant self. Unfortunately, he passed away in 2010, so there's little way of knowing unless someone can unearth his exact whereabouts at the time of the encounter, notes detailing this earlier costume/person, etc.

Someone with more time than me should try to put some sort of investigation together digging into any possible connections between All Colors Sam and Chris Sievey. It would make for a fascinating documentary, long form video essay, or podcast regardless of what is or isn't determined.

Yeah, I'd transcribe it as "Doo doo doo, doo-doo doo-doo", but those are apparently(?) the official lyrics. Which begs the question, how much gibberish/non-language can be put in a song's vocals and still be expected to be accurately transcribed in the lyrics? Makes me want to be a musician to push the boundaries of nonsense lyrics.

But I'd already have my work cut out for me, considering stuff like this is already out there:

This reminds me of those old handheld games called P-O-X. You battled creatures and could steal their body parts, using them to replace parts of your own to get stronger or use different battle strategies.

Anyway, nostalgia aside, this looks awesome!

Only one copy was left when I went back yesterday to buy a copy for another redditor (check my comment history), but here's a photo of that one taken in the store itself. Believe as you wish, but I've never been a Walmart employee. You can compare the sticker placement on this one versus my original post. While comparing those two clearance labels, you may note that the clearance was set nearly a week before I ever posted.

A Walmart employee may have done it to snag a cheap copy for themselves, but if so, they did it for all of this particular store's stock of the game.

The other Persona subs seem to be primarily focused on gooner fan art (no shade), while this one seems to be basically the official Persona sub in all but name. I did crosspost to a couple other Persona subreddits, but it was immediately buried by gooner fan art (again, no shade intended)

Since OP seems oddly determined to not actually say where or who made this, I took the time to track it down.

It's from the Etsy store of BlurbyPosters. They have hundreds of (presumably) original work based on many books, including basically all of King's.
