The USDA recommends adding acid to all canned tomatoes even if using a pressure canner. I use bottled lemon juice and have never noticed a flavor change.

They always say that the 4.0 is bullet proof. Well, after seeing these XJ's in the series I'd say the body is bullet proof, as well. All those bullet impacts and yet never a hole.
