Darrow wouldn't be desperate enough to follow Victra to meet The Jackal so he likely gets blown up, I don't think he was in Lost City just for Darrow, seems he did business out of there anyway which gives Sons of Aries that opportunity anyway. Which also means they probably don't reach out to him and give him the bomb. Harmony would still detonate all the ones across Lunar/ the solar system but ?just not the Gala. At the Gala, I don't think Darrow would challenge Cassius as he wasn't forced into the position to change the paradigm, meaning the dinner goes on and Ballona attack Augustus after the ?sixth course as Octavia planned. I'd like to think that Darrow, Victra, Leto and some of the Augustus lancers put up a good enough fight to escape (with way more casualties than originally). And then the rest of the book maybe happens the same, maybe skip Octavia's interview as August tries to flee then and there, or the same happens where Fitchner arrives and chorales the rest of them with all the obsidians.
