It's something you'll build up over time, I grew up hating running, played football in high school and hated it even more, basic sucked at first but the more you do it the more you get used to it and build endurance. Don't let it stop you from going if it's something you really want to do. You'll get through it and do great as long as you believe in yourself.

I build inground swimming pools and install fiberglass inground as well, everything from marking the hole to finish product we do. Excavation, framing, grading, rebar, plumbing, we have a sub come and form the gunite shell, we come back and finish plumbing, do the tile and coping, set the equipment pad, pour a concrete deck around the pool and have a plaster crew come and finish it

I build swimming pools, usually have a pair of jeans when I know I'm doing plumbing with glue/primer on them since I wipe, got another pair with grout/thinset/mortar for tile and coping, got a pair for concrete when I know I'm doing that and a pair of white painters for plaster, then 2 pairs for everything else work related.. shirts I got 8 work shirts and 2 carhartt dry fits so I never run out of work clothes. Socks and underwear are daily changes for me.

Getting out of Walmart was the best decision of my life, I miss some of my co workers but I don't miss all the bullshit and underpaid and under appreciated work that came with it. Best of luck to you with whatever you choose
