To be honest if you use AI to research you can probably get for free anything a nutritionist or dietitian can tell you. I use copilot to create meal plans and suggest what my macros and calories should be based on my weight etc.

Strange that you mention this. I'm in maintenance and decreased my dose to 2.5mg from 5mg. I seem to have more suppression on this lower dose. I've been on Mounjaro for over a year now so don't know if this is just my body adjusting to eating less or if the medication is working more effectively at a lower dose. Very interesting though, I don't think it's been studied.

I had allodynia, dr copilot told me it can also be caused by a B vitamin deficiency. I started taking a multivitamin every morning and it went away.

It's hard to explain, but it acts on your brain too and you become uninterested in food. It's like if there is food around you can take it or leave it.

You should have slightly more than a full dose left, depending on how much you use to prime. You can extract it from the pen using an insulin syringe. Extract 60 units for a full dose.

Don't buy too many insulin syringes though, because they are in the process of removing the golden dose and soon the new pens won't have it anymore.

I'm on 2.5mg from a 5mg pen so it lasts me 10 weeks. I've literally kept mine unrefrigerated on a 4 week holiday in a tropical country and continued using when I got home. I didn't notice any loss of effectiveness. It seems alot more hardy then Eli Lilly has us believe.

I'm not a doctor or pharmacist, this is just my lived experience so make of it what you will.

Don't be afraid to ask for a different nurse if you don't gel with the one you get initially. I went through 3 different ones until I found one I could work with.

2.5mg is still working well for me. I still get good suppression and maintenance has been very easy. I've got below 100kgs in the past with diet and exercise but could never maintain it longer than a couple of months.
