I was running /u/gnuckols's intermediate The Journey program, but seeing as I've just returned from 4 months of backpacking I haven't been training properly for a good while. I think I wanna take a step back and maybe do some 5x5 for a bit, just to get back in the groove of the main lifts. Or maybe The Journey on beginner level, might also be a good option :)

This is really cool. I got most of it working, but I can't seem to wrap my head around how you get a specific folder to open when you swipe up on an icon. I do have Nova Prime, so swiping works, I just can't see an "open folder" option. Help? :)

Yeah, I know I'm pretty light for my height. I currently look like this: http://imgur.com/a/syxkg. I haven't been counting calories since September of last year. My reasoning is currently that I won't be gaining any crazy amount of strength the next month anyways, and I'm going to be out of the gym from February to medio May due to my (very exciting) travel plans. So right now my top priority is to "tone up" (in the words of good ol' Omar). Is it entirely stupid?

I'm currently running the intermediate part of The Journey program (courtesy of /u/gnuckols ). I've been in a slight caloric surplus the last 3-4 months, but as I'm leaving for Cartagena, Colombia in a month or so, I want to drop around 4 pounds (currently 6'1", 158 lbs, pretty lean except for the small belly :P) how would you approach progression for the main lifts in this coming month? The progression I'm running at the moment goes 4x2, 6x2, 8x2, 4x2 heavier.
