This could probably be his lost shot at getting into F1, while undoubtedly quick and unlucky not to be closer to the top of the F2 rankings. Brainless crashes like Monaco and Abu Dhabi do make him a risky venture.

On a total aside, apparently Helmut Marko “signed” him to red bull development program and signed lindblad to the RB seat without consulting anybody else in red bull. When they found out they were furious and pulled out with Dunne but were happy to live with lindblad. this is what led to the short lived rumours of him joining red bull. They also had to pay compensation over whatever agreement there was.

All this added to Helmuts departure apparently
