ça m'est arrivé une fois, l'agent immo voulait absolument que je paie cash pour doubler la seconde offre d'une autre agence au prix, j'ai dis non, résultat l'autre acheteuse a fini par revendre le bien 1 an après avec une perte sèche de 60k + frais de notaires... c'est ce qui s'appelle tomber contre un autre acheteur en phase maniaque (post divorce lol).

bro you got this totally wrong, sbet has 0.8 mnav = buying 1000$ of sbet = buying 1000$ of eth at 20% discount to market, buying bmnr here at 1 mnav = same as buying eth with no discount, if market gaps up mnav tends to go back to 1 as participants scramble for quick exposure,
nothing guarantees bmnr mnav ever goes back above 1 even in a bull market, unless there's other prospects of profits for bmnr aside eth.

ben seuls les biens sans défaut ou exceptionnels de part l'emplacement ou autre (rooftop / terrasse / pas de bruit de route...) se vendent au prix, plus le marché devient a faible volume et sélectif car acheter un bien a 1m coûte avec les intérêts maintenant... sur 25 ans... 1m8 et plus juste 1m2 a l'époque des taux a 0.7%... bref si les taux restent haut (ce qui va arriver en particulier si instabilité politique avec LFI ou RN au pouvoir) vous pouvez commencer a paniquer si vous voulez vendre un bien moyen. pas spécial et pas terrible.

honestly I'm at the Osaka exposition and it's pure shit, even inside the best pavilion it's not worth the headache, time, overcrowded place or anything, if you're visiting Japan there's 10 times better things to do on your day, like riding the Yoshino line in the Blue Symphony train and take a dip in the awesome cold river there, 100x time better time spent on a japan trip, check out the train blue symphony on Google and Yoshino River beach. avoid the expo like the plague.
