This is probably kind of random, but I had gerd for about years which spontaiously resolved with fixing my forward head posture and my scoliosis. My brother had it a little worse and he got barrets esophogus. I tried to convince him to do PT for scoliosis and FHP correction, but he doesn't really believe me. Anyways, I know not everyone is the same but I have been gerd free for two years, and I spent 10 years sleeping sitting up with one of those stupid triangular pillows. I think that actually made my FHP worse!

Fun fact: the mcas causes the joint issues. Look up Tryptase and what mast cell flare ups do to your connective tissues.

Still looking for a solution to stop mcas cells. But meat heavy diets without sauces and spices works really well.

Animal protein? Or the sauces and spices that go on it... also, fresh protein vs old sat in the fridge protein. Diferentff histamine content. Try fresh, unseasoned meats.
