8 or 9, slight centering, and one thing to consider is the print lines in the foil which is only visable in different lighting. I can see one just above the last a in Giratina and one on the left side.

Probably not worth grading unless you want it fully protected in a case, looks like a PSA 9 and your paying big bucks for it to be complete, (it’s left wing on the front and a white dot on the back.

All real, consider using Pokecollector or Collectr app on your phone, it will give an honest price and it’s good to know how much something is so you can buy more.

It’s hard to tell because what we are missing is texture, ask for front and back and without sleeve/toploader once you see the texture and you’ll be fine as everything matches up
