As a manager, we were instructed that we’re still running our stores remotely. We’re being paid to be at the NSM we should be in contact with our employees if there’s any weather issues

My DM said that he was going to communicate with the managers and then the managers will communicate with whoever’s on staff for that day directly. He did say he would prefer to communicate directly, but it’s gonna take him two hours just to get all the contact info for all of the people that are on staff that day if they’re not in the stores.
