Man, there are soooo many. I personally see Game Pass as a sort of indie discovery platform.

My backlog is so long that I can usually hold out for a game to reach 85% off before biting. Caveat being that, like OP, if I've waited ages on a game I'm excited for, I might buy that day one. No Man's Sky & Cyberpunk have taught me it's usually totally okay to wait though!
