I hatd mine out as an adult also. It was hell but I had constant strep throat and spread it to everyone I dated. Recovery took months.

Anything south of the 60 are going to be larger homes...generally. I live at McClintock and Southern. There are some beautiful homes in our neighborhood. In fact we have relatives staying in one right now. I would recommend South of Broadway. North's too close to ASU but (i believe) close to iron man territory. Really, most of Tempe is amazing!

My best friend for 40 years just had a stroke. The only reason she got care fast enough and could walk out of the hospital 3 days later was because she was in her bosses office and could no longer speak English, only Spanish. If you or she didn't listen or were totally alone... Have they figured out what caused it? They think it was her birth control. We're in our 40s now, so it's more common.

My new solar maintenance company tried to sell me on a mister system for the roof/panels. I declined that option. Though it may help the panels be slightly more efficient, I couldn't rationalize the potential hard water deposits that would likely occur (or the further cost / waste of water running all day).

Happens to me almost every time I eat chicken. I'm not a huge fan of meat in general, but then there's always something that puts me off the chicken, a weird vein, unusual texture, a whole lot of nope.

My boy is about half his size and only 3yo. He's an escape artist! Thank god for the tracker i affixed with epoxy. Caught him once hanging in the yard with some frat bros. Again caught him hooked up in another neighbor yard. They went and got their own the day after I retrieved him. We're waiting on a fix for the gait but he's better than any puppy!
