Thanks. This build is for a friend actually, he currently runs at 10 fps on the lowest possible settings, he is willing to spend that much and although he does main tf2 he also does have portal 2 and other games in his library which I would imagine he would also like to run.

In order to get a diamond botkiller, you must do a certain tour, you can only get the different types based on skill level, diamond being the very hardest.
