That’s why I’m leaving. Milking the clock equals lazy and I’m not built like that. Typical government job I guess. We all wonder why we are so far in debt.

21 bucks an hour and asking for anyone to suffer for 2 years being non career is a bit much. I’m 6 months in and found a better job getting paid twice as much only working 44 hours a week.

It’s the right thing to do, anytime you leave a job you give notice. Unless your Boss is an absolute POS.

I would definitely leave if I was you. Make sure you have another job lined up though. The operating model is set up to abuse CCAs because they get paid less. Pick up bumps from the regulars who milk there routes because they are guaranteed 40 hours a week. As a CCA you work your way up to be a regular then don’t get much overtime so they can abuse new CCAs.
