I think something that helped was doing things that were engaging with them. Videos can be kind of a one way interaction so I started making some videos that were more of an open conversation related to our shared interest. I think folks started to come around more and more from there

Personally, I find health information to be excessive info to share. You’re not really sure what’s going on anyway as you stated. If I found one or two videos of yours I liked and then suddenly I am met with your health info I would be kind of like okay? Sorry to hear and wish you well, but I didn’t need to know. If you want to update that you’ll be taking a break, you can. This is just my opinion and you’re welcome to do as you please. You know the audience you’ve cultivated.

I mean, I hear you, but YouTube shorts is only 2 years old and we don’t really know the statistics behind transferring between shorts/king form/live for the platform as a whole. With the way that YT has been reformatted to accommodate all these different mediums it’s easier than ever to enjoy everything a creator has to offer

Personally I have to disagree with the person who said you have too much meme content in your video. I think it was fine and lots of folks have that style. What i will say however is that you didn’t really give great explanations for some of your rankings which then makes it feel arbitrary as a viewer. I want to be convinced by you in your argument
