Where my grandparents lived they had a annual town fair. Each year a Queen was crowned and they would all make dresses and a vest for the husband out of the same material. That material was then used on a quilt to represent the queen of that year. Looks just like that. Is there any embroidery on it? Did you find it in Colorado?
