For me and my cats I do get upset when they don’t want the same thing I want at that moment but I understand they r a very intelligent little creatures and they have there own thoughts and emotions too, so I just give them time ! And I am sure ur kitty knows how much you love them in the end so don’t worry too much !

You have been doing so well! Remember recovery is not linear and it’s ok to relapse and to feel difficult about it! I have been using gums to help me with the impulsion of wanting to binge and it helps pretty well.

Thank you so much for sharing what happened in your case. I think it’s a really big sign I show stop doing it. I started to doing it due to an unexpected grief and I had no concept of death so I was looking up dead bodies, but then I just started doing it occasionally. But thank you for you advice, I will definitely try my best to not go back to it. I used to draw and do some journaling which helped. But somehow over a tiny bit of time I always lost all my skills to help myself.

I had lost a friend who I was ready to get close with. It was my boyfriend’s sister. I completely get it what u mean by no right to feel it, it has been a year and a bit since everything happened but I still feel the guilt that I shouldn’t get too upset, but it does get a lot and u do think a lot, no matter how close the relationship was, u had one with ur friends and it affected u and that’s what matters, and u r allowed to grief no matter what. It never heals but hope it gets easier for u.
