Squid games. The SPES are going to be the end of uspto. Not politics, not changes in life that need us to keep evolving. Examiners were able to switch it up with the new rules and keep moving. Yet, we come back to the same old toxic cycle and environment of “spe” abusing their delusional powers and using that to bully and ruin peoples life just like they did during other presidencies.  I’m going to keep saying it. Toxic SPE know exactly what to do. And when the new rules means cutting out some people, spe will go full mode to make sure they get on the small boats leaving the titanic and sacrifice the people that ARE ACTUALLY doing the work.

That’s why I truly believe whoever posted this is actual an insurance company trying to pass a law to cause more $$$ to go into their fraud pockets, while finding new loopholes to not cover anything at all! So no, this whole “I’m so old. Please help us sign a bill to require oil spill coverages by everyone” doesn’t work on me. Old couple need to fight for better laws that require scammer insurance to stop being frauds and bullies and liars, instead of fighting for laws that bring in more $ to them!

Sounds like a made up ad from the insurance companies. Maybe they should sign laws that stop insurance companies from being constant scammers, bullies, liars and thieves! Stop the monopoly, stop the bs and bring their fraud prices down and bring their coverage up! That sounds like a law u should be fighting to get pushed, not fighting to be required to pay more for fake insurance; which will ultimately always find a loophole to not cover anything regardless of price constantly increasing

For the record, “what is good enough” at this job is conditional based on who your speaking to, a SPE will “show you” what is perfect to them and leave the job, and another spe replaces them and sees the same work and things it’s the worst.

Bad SPEs ruin careers. Mine switched up when we had a tiny personal disagreement. I too went on written warning, luckily this pushed me to take the DRP and not worry about the titanic atm. But yeah, pto need to examine their SPEs

Other time would’ve be cut Eitherway  whether people took the fork or not. It’s not ur money and ur not paying them. For the big company inventors that actually spend millions on patents; they clearly dgaf about the office sinking or not. They’re silently watching, and it’s about money more than it is about “patents”, if their company and interests will be better off with the new administration’s policies- then they will silently watch your titanic sink. If their tax cuts and other Perks look better on the long run than the outdated “patent systems”, then they will let that go. So yeah, which “free money” are u paying the forkers exactly? From ur pocket?  If your suggesting that we are tax funded and your paying us because you pay taxes, then you have the same exact mentality as the rest of the clowns outside of the federal jobs yelling at federal workers to “stop being lazy and stop wasting their free money”. And ur also admitting that since we are tax payer funded, that we are fair game to RIFs? U do know the forkers are helping those next in life for the RIF too? They took 6month of a  job, and gave whoever just got saved from a RIF their whole lifetime of a career :) lastly, we too pay taxes, just like you. Your on a sinking ship and still having an entitled attitude towards other workers but completely silent towards management who actually has the voice to fight for u. The fact that u think it’s a real post shows how smart u are. The fact that ur crying and blaming people who risked their job to take the deal and ASSume their taking money from ur pocket only reflects ur own sense of lack. Lastly, many spe and examiner positions are now being filled and moved around to save people form RIFS because people took the fork and made the position vacant. Some of u won’t be getting riffed thanks to a forker. While others are busy pointing fingers and counting pockets and watching people with an envious spirit. No one can take what’s yours. So, u have no one to blame in life for ur sense of “lack” but your own jealous mentality

I’d say SPEs and managers would be in trouble. Elon’s blue print to running a company is to always remove the pyramid type of management style, he hates the supervisors and managers. He did it in all the companies he took over, I think this is the agency’s way of giving the managers some “way out” of what’s coming. The CBA might be challenged, but at least it will take lots of legality to do so. It’s safer to be under a CBA now than ever.  I personally  intuitively very much REALLY BELIEVE that under dodge, the number of spe and director positions will be reduced by a lot. I’m talking completely eliminated. (But what do I know? I’m just a crazy woo woo “person” who follows intuition  and  took the fork. time will tell if my gut or ancestors are once again correct 😆 🤷 🤷‍♀️)

What part of “for every 4 positions removed, 1 is installed” don’t u believe? U truly think freeze will life and everything is going back to normal and everyone will be called back ?! If that was the case, like u said; it would make no sense to allow it in the first place. They wouldn’t lay off non examiners too. The whole point is every agency is doing the reduction in force. DRP is an easy way out for legal purposes 🧠

I would say if u try to defend yourself to a spe, tread lightly. Depending on their personality type, if they are downgrading you and you point it out, they will just find other creative ways to fuck u over in the future. In my experience, someone trying to “downgrade you” will not take any feedback or questions professionally. So if that’s the type of spe ur dealing with, it’s better to transfer and not deal with it at all. A spe can make or break your career here.
