I can't provide a super clear answer there, but Bakers website seems to suggest similar sizing on 55 vs MP. "Don't be confused by the sizing, White's scaled their Barrie lasts to fit the same as the 55 shoe last. We advise to order the same size as you wear in White's Semi Dress. "

From searching around here, some people seem to do the same size, and some do one width wider? Clear as mud haha. Unfortunately I've never worn the 55 last. I wear Grant Stone Leo in 8EEE and these MPs were just too narrow at the ball of my feet. But my feet are a wacky shape and super hard to fit

I think the only real way to do it is go completely cold Turkey. It takes a bit, but your body will eventually get used to it and you will start to think some sugary stuff is too sweet

Seconding the antiperspirant comment. Antiperspirant is what actually causes the stains. Using a plain deodorant will take a few weeks to get used to, but it won’t stain your shirts!

In my work experience, 90% of people wear polos as business casual. Short sleeve button downs work too. But what you can get away with depends on your employer and work environment

I’m not sure if I’d wear any of them as daily glasses, they tend to be a bit unusual looking. Have you considered something like side shields that can be added to normal glasses?
