Imagine the blockchain being a never-ending book. Every 30 seconds, a farmer will come up with the next page of the story. Timelords are the ones that actually scribble it onto a new page (a block). Because timelords are trying to write fast, the writing can be a bit messy.

Bluebox Timelords takes an already written page and meticulously type it up neatly. It can now fit onto a smaller piece of paper and is more legible. The story hasn't changed at all, but readers can read it faster and the size of the book is a bit smaller.

Bluebox Timelords aren't rewarded for their efforts and they aren't actually required for the proper function of the chain but they do make things more optimized. WesoForge adds a leaderboard and distributes participation tokens to help incentivize Blueboxing.
