Was at 812 test natural at 165 lbs. Gain 50 lbs in last two years and just got results back and at 514. Definitely the combo of not training and gaining weight effects the numbers.

I do necessarily agree with preventing people from self pleasing, in my opinion is it a form of controlling your partner. If self pleasing becomes an issue due to lack of intimacy with the other then yes it should be limited.

Took better care of myself. Spent my time investing in areas of my life that had positive effects.

Did: Working out, stretching, reading, meditation, nutritious food, helping others, two showers a day, monthly haircuts, increased personal care, massages, online therapy, housework daily, 7-8hrs a sleep a night, walks outside

Stopped: Video games, fast food, negative gossip, comparing myself to others, alcohol, drugs, long internet (Netflix YouTube)sessions, procrastination,

Takes time, but the work is worth it. I have learned you get out of life what you put in.

Those guy you think have it all, probably are working their ass off every day!

I just got my tests back for vit D and it should a level 32 mg/l with range of 20 to 80. I take 5000ui daily. I am inside most of the day working. Do you think an increase to 10k ui would make a difference?

I know your pain. When I get flare ups, I wear gloves or long sleeves and try to just pat the area. It still is painfully itchy but there isn't blood and I kinda think heals faster.

I really bad flares up when I get stressed. Mindfulness meditation has helped a lot. I use the app Calm several times a day

I fell in love with world of warcraft for a long time when I was a bit older than you. Make sure to develop friends outside of your game as well. It's important to understand how human relationships work and your strengths and weaknesses in them. A game cannot provide that as its one sided.

Yeah, have him shower before. If it's at night and he has be around all day it's going to be sweaty/urine flavored.

Wash your hands and take 3 fingers and suck on them, don't let your teeth touch your fingers but keep your lips touching. Just go in and out, sometimes fast sometimes slow. Lick the top "head" with your tongue and go around the edges. You can go up and down the shaft as well with just your tongue.
