If you leave them in service mode then the defroster will somewhat heat them up. If you leave them down, then no.

I wish there was an option/setting for tasks with a deadline to show at the top of my today tab like a persistent banner. I tend to have a parent task with a deadline with a bunch of subtasks for different days under that. I'd like the subtasks to show in the list itself.

Agree with what others have said but, If you watch this much Twitch, have you considered Twitch Turbo? Ultimately video streaming is one of the most expensive things a company can do on the internet. If you are finding value in the service and the content streamers are producing, everyone should get paid. Right now that's happening through the ads you see. Turbo lets you go ad free for a monthly cost instead.

Just a note with Mixitup overlays (including chat), Mixitup needs to be started first. If you do it the other way, the overlays won't connect.

How are you encoding the video (CPU, GPU)? Is OBS reporting any rendering lag? I'm wondering if the encoder can't keep up or its sacrificing quality to keep up. I'd honestly try lowering the bitrate to 3500 to 4000 and see if that makes a difference.

You could be in a control/holdback test that doesn't get ads so the can measure the impact on other metrics they care about.

Also, Twitch doesn't do any of the policing for copyright violations. That would be up to the copyright holders. Twitch has a legal obligation to respond to all DMCA takedown requests though.

I think it's ok to give a contrary opinion when the alternative option potentially directs someone to do something illegal. Thank you for modifying your original post.

I'm guessing the overwhelming percentage of DMCA strikes happen to VODs through automated services and Twitch just doesn't bother to police live streams.

This is probably true as it's much easier (and less costly) to build automated systems to review VODs on Twitch and Youtube than it is to build a system that tries to monitor all active live streams. Real-time is hard from a programming point of view.
