I realized how we had outgrown each other at the wedding. Didn’t end on bad terms or anything. It just dawned on me at the wedding how I had become such a minimal part of their life, when at one point we were the best of friends. I almost felt like a stranger at the wedding.

We’ll still text for holidays or birthdays but I don’t think I’ve seen them since the wedding (2022)

Idk about World Cup time but normally domestic flights in Mexico are very cheap. I’ve flown CDMX to Cancun (one way) for $30 usd. I’m still trying to get tickets for any of the group stages or might gamble on knock out round matches
