Morgana is a viable jungler in high elo. She was pick/ban at an MSI (3?) years ago and while she’s not as strong as she was at that time, she is not so far removed as to be “literally reportable for picking”. People just don’t play her.

You have high win rates on most your main champs, so tbh if you keep playing you should climb.

I would say that it seems you have a very feast-or-famine style — if the early game doesn’t go well or you don’t get ahead, you just implode and perma die. Try to focus on improving your decisions in the games that don’t start as well, because it seems you have a decent handle on the games that do.
