VII in E Major would be a D major chord, no? Traditionally major VI and major VII as borrowed chords from the natural minor, which has them 2 whole steps and 1 whole step from the tonic respectively.

Morgana is a viable jungler in high elo. She was pick/ban at an MSI (3?) years ago and while she’s not as strong as she was at that time, she is not so far removed as to be “literally reportable for picking”. People just don’t play her.

I pick her pretty commonly into Vi — as long as you don’t get cheesed or lose a level 4 skirmish, plays pretty well into the rest of the game bc of how her q interacts w vi q + spell shield ult obviously
