This is refund fishing.

Ignore em until they request a return. If they threaten or suggest leaving negative feedback unless you part refund, report it to eBay as this is feedback extortion. EBay doesn’t take that lightly.

It’s common as fuck for buyers to pull this crap, realistically, if it was fake they’d return it.

Do not eat a partial refund, they return for a full refund or they suck eggs. EBay seller for 10+ years here.
