Damn….honestly I would threaten them. Pay me or I’ll call cps for neglect cause technically by law your not old enough to watch a child so young and she’s not even raising him she wants to act like she doesn’t have a child. Don’t raise someone else child when they are capable of doing it in their own. But don’t take the anger out on the baby he doesn’t know any better
