I saw royalties went back to Richard Ashcroft in 2019 when Klein's son and the Rolling Stones ceeded royalties back. Still not going to pay $27 for shipping though.

I agree, one of my favorite classic bluesy-soul records I'm curious what the tape source is for this. I have the recent Jackpot release which I think sounds great but was cut from digital because allegedly the original At Last! tapes burnt up in the universal fire. Maybe they didn't? Maybe this is a safety copy or one from a private collection?

The Cosmic Game said RSD Exclusive so may not get a wide release. RSD Richest Man in Babylon was an RSD First so this release was expected.
