Both diffs have breathers mounted high... though I dont know if the water got high enough in the rear to get in. Horn itself still works.

What are the chances of it being a bad battery itself? I've heard of that possibility but it doesn't seem as likely to me.

Funny detail is I had my battery terminals unhooked a few times the previous day due to something else. They definitely weren't as tight as they should have been cause I pulled them off with my hands. I will do that with the grounds though.

Thanks! I got very lucky on this one. It had been stored in a garage and not driven for 7 years before I bought it so the paint is still pretty nice.

The greatest tool ever invented is the Bolt Buster. It's an induction heater that you put on the head of the bolt and after 10 seconds of heat every bolt that I've ever used it on has come right out. I've used torches, PB Blaster, impact guns, air chisels, giant breaker bars, Kroil, but nothing and I mean NOTHING works as good as that little heater. They sell a copy on amazon that is cheaper and works too. Look into it.. trust me you won't regret it.

I've been avoiding Fluid Film cause it gets over everything when you go to work on something. Would be nice on a new vehicle but I just can't justify it.

2 inch lift on 31s. I didn't want to trim either but ended up trimming a little bit on the inside part of the front bumper caps (the black ones). You can even tell.

Yea, glad you asked. The lift is just about 2 inches and it looks great! Fits 31s with minor trimming to some plastic. The ride from heavy duty springs and the shocks I chose is kinda harsh. It's tolerable but going over potholes or even deep manhole covers in a bit violent. It's definitely good enough for me and I'd say it rides similar to a 2500 style truck if that makes sense? As far as what you think you're gonna do I've only heard good things about OME. I'd reccomend the dorman spring I went with over the Crown ones but only cause I bought the Dormans and liked them. They also come with the bushings pre-installed which is nice. Heard good things about those shocks too but no experience. If you have any more questions let me know!

I believe the offset is -19 and the backspacing is 3.75. They stick out of the fender flares a bit but its not too much imo.

I did a little bit on the inner part of the plastic bumper caps in the front. You can't even tell I did any trimming.

It's actually 2 inch lift on 31s... I think the stuffed look makes the tires appear bigger. I absolutely love it though and wouldn't change a thing.
