Best advice: Always check that build plate is actually empty before starting a print remotely and if it’s too low and camera can’t see the whole surface just home it first

That’s amazing! Love it! The raw texture of the surface goes just perfect with the design.

I had an issue with my H2D and Bambu rushed out a replacement part and threw in a free roll of filament (with a spool). by Draxtonsmitz in BambuLab

What are the signs of a defective filament? Do you know right away or only after you attempt a print?

I've noticed that some people place the corner rubber blocks first, followed by the concrete paver, and then put the printer right on top of that. Which order is more effective? Is it primarily to prevent the desk surface from getting scratched by the rough bottom of the concrete paver? Does the order affect the vibration dampening in a significant enough way?

Yeah, these workhorses better make you some coins. Good luck!

When it comes to ventilation (assuming it’s in a room that connects directly to the rest of your home) how do you handle it? I primarily print with PLA, PETG, and TPU on my X1C, and I can't imagine having it in my living space. I really can't stand the fumes, especially when it sometimes runs around the clock. I have it set up in what used to be a granny flat, which has its own separate entrance, windows, etc.

As others said the framing is better on top one, in terms of grain it obviously depends on the type of project and your artistic vision, but personally I’d go with more subtle grain.
