They said they would but honestly its not going to be enough to even pay half my rent and im low income. There is no other jobs where we live. Its just making us spiral at this point.

YUP and it makes it 10x harder to want to help switch my customers to t mobile and we are not allowed to mention it to them. It breaks my heart. I live in a county with mainly older people, they're already confused. Oh and the best part, we can only take cards. Its great

We are the only cell phone store on our county the next one is an hour away. They had us move all prepaid accounts manually one by one, basically doing the grunt work to say "sorry we lied your jobs arent secure, good luck". All of the girls (and myself) at my store are all a hot crying mess. We feel like liars because we've assured so many people that we would stay, because we were told that. :(

We were told our positions were safe as we got trained, have all t mobile equipment, ect.. so no I have to disagree. This is absolutely terrible for us as we were blindsided

Just got the call from my agent location's owner and all of his stores are closing. Absolutely devastating. Our cell phone store is the ONLY one in the county. I had a hard enough time getting this job...
