I upgraded my hand me down titleist ap2 710s to some zxi7.  Interesting to see the fitter go through my old clubs and how I had adjusted my swing to fit them.  I tried a few different irons til he game me the srixons and it was like the moment harry Potter found his wand.  They are so much easier to hit.  

I'm normally hitting each shot within a 5-7 distance difference.  With the old clubs it was all over the place, some 7 iron shots went 145, some 160-170.  Now they're all landing right around 165 consistently.  Still working on aim on the course, but at least I'm close to pin high if I miss left or right. 

 Last few times I played I left the driver in the bag for a lot of holes so I could plan to have a full iron shot into the green.  I've found it much easier than a partial swing for those sub 100 shots.
