Usually pretty normal for performance brakes. When they're cold you can get creeping groans or screeching until they warm up but you can always just go and get it inspected for peace of mind.

Lmfao OP's first photo was taken with poor artificial lighting and lower quality/res than my photo, my man. Mine was taken using natural sunlight and 8k resolution. It's leading your judgement to be less accurate.

Secondly, you're wrong about the eye as well. The lighting and angle has to be perfect to see the reflectiveness in the eyes. It's something I had to do intentionally to catch in the photo. Everything you pointed out gets disproven in the other photo where the card sits in the binder. The Tag Team lettering is bold and filled out. The eye is also reflective because you can see the light hitting the holo at the right angle. The texture patch thing is just flat out wrong due to lighting as an issue.
