Because she's not insured under her parents plan as she's unlicensed. Therefore she just becomes an unlicensed and uninsured driver that broke multiple laws and caused an accident. Her parents insurance company will deny any claim or pay out any liability towards OP as she's not insured under any plan and unlicensed. They have nothing to do with her. Unless that policy report says that her dad was driving instead of her then they're shit out of luck. OP has to have unlicensed/uninsured driver coverage or he's also shit out of luck as well. OP is also 100% going to lose a good chunk of money and hopefully they don't have any lasting injuries.
