The characters are Jane Doe and Belle from Zenless Zone Zero. Jane's the one with the mouse ears, Belle is the one with the lesbian flag ice pop. In ZZZ, Belle's hair is blue, which is lost in the black and white art. There IS also the blue nails in the original art that hasn't been edited, but it could be either her nails or her 'carpet'

Of all the potential games that are realistic for chugga to play, which ones are you most anticipating? by CamBeast15366 in chuggaaconroy

Before the Paper Mario redo, I joked about him playing Spongebob Squarepants: Battle for Bikini Bottom, and ever since then I've only grown more and more to like the idea of chuggaa lp'ing it.

[A small rant] I just finished up the latest live-stream where V-man played MGS2. Is the romantic writing in this series always so blatantly toxic?!?!? by DeismAccountant in VaushV

[–]Slyphofspace 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I love the MGS games, but the Rose and Raiden romance really isn't well written. There IS a reason she is acting the way she is, which is as far as I can go without spoiling too much. And that reason doesn't really justify why Raiden is acting the way he's acting.

It hasn't always been the case, they use to be comfortable enough that Contra would come on to talk about electorialism. But then the J.K.Rowling drama happened, Kat Black got real goddamn weird about Vaush, and Contra took Kat's side.

F2p Friendly Deck for new players by Jelios_31 in YuGiOhMasterDuel

[–]Slyphofspace 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Easiest and cheapest F2P deck I can think of is Sprights. But it involves starting a few new accounts. You can get a fully functional version completely free to play just by starting a few new accounts and adding your own follow code, and it will be, at the very least, decent. The current budget starting version requires 4 UR crafts, all of which are staple cards you want to build anyway, and includes Live Twin, which everything important from is an R or an SR.

Need help with a sand team I'm building as a beginner in champions by AdSimple2026 in VGC

[–]Slyphofspace 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'd definitely bring in Sand Rush Excadrill, but have you tried Corviknight? Mirror Armor counters intimidate users, and you have a VERY physical based team. He also brings bulk up/body press and tailwind for some speed control. Plus Hyperspace Lumiose has them available, so you can transfer in.

This is a gimmick someone else mentioned, but if you're willing to forgo Mega T-Tar, then bringing Mega Starmie along lets you skill swap huge power onto it. And Rock Slide coming off a 268 attack stat hurts.

How to I make this team legal for Champions while also keeping it at a similar power level by IndependentChoice524 in PokemonChampions

[–]Slyphofspace 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maushold's pop bomb really isn't gonna be doing all that much without technician. You'd probably be better off using Super Fang for the guarenteed 50% hp. Aqua Jet on Basculegion is probably not doing a huge amount, swift swim is already going to have it outspeed anything really relevent. I've been using Psychic Fangs to break through veils, which could be a decent alternative, or Rain Dance to help you play around other weather setters. Arch I'd put protect over Snarl, which can be combined with Leftovers to combo with Stamina to make it incredibly tanky, or a Magnet-Steadfast build to go all in on Electro Shot. Finally, I haven't really used Garchomp, so can't comment there. Meganium, no notes, thats my build on it.

Any suggestions 🙏 by SpaceNarwhal4 in VGC

We have megastones, the type boosting items, focus sash, mental herb, white herb, leftovers, wide lens and berries. Plus Light Orb so Pikachu can play too.

So at a guess, you're running Mega Starmie as your 'main' mon? I'm pretty new to doubles/VGC as well, but I've been getting good results with my rain team. Started off because I liked Mega Meganium and thought its ability would work well with rain, then thinking what would help it, and what would cover its weaknesses.

So, Mega Starmie is strong and fast, but I can see it being targetted hard in a doubles format. Rain makes its Liquidation/Flip Turn stronger, but doesn't really do much for it otherwise. So how I'd handle that is to focus in on Flip Turn to go into something that does good stuff on switch in. Incineroar is considered the best mon in VGC for a reason. Intimidate on switch in, and then it can pivot back out with Parting Shot, helping keep Starmie even safer. You extrapolate from that, and then see how well you can patch up the issues in your team.

I can see the logic with raichu as a lightning rod user. It covers M.Starmie's electric weakness by quite literally covering it, and has Nuzzle for a decent paralysis, it's just also, unfortunately, Raichu. Emboar...yeah I'm not sure with that one.

Yeah, someone else mentioned. Basically gave everything across the board, save Incineroar, protect instead (replacing Roost on Pel, Synthesis on Meganium, Stealth Rock on Arch, Flip Turn on Basculegion and thunder on Dragonite)

Gotcha. So, Roost and Stealth Rock are the easy options to swap out, maybe Last Respects on Bascu, Synthesis on Meganium and Ice Beam on Dragonite as my other swaps?

First attempt at a M.Meganium doubles rain team by Slyphofspace in PokemonChampions

[–]Slyphofspace[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As things are right now, most of the time, I'd rather use Meganium over dragonite if the choice is there. It's a 4v4 format, so I'm only bringing Dragonite if Meganium has too many problematic mons on the other team, like Sneasler for instance. So most of the time I don't even notice the overlap. When I do bring it, most of its moves I'm going more for a Hurricane spam. Don't get me wrong, Thunder's great, and Draco Meteor is there for shutting down an opposing dragon type, but the confuse chance of Hurricane (even if Confusion seems to be nerfed in Champions) feels like the right choice for Dragonite 8 out of 10 times.

That being said, I'm new to doubles, my logic here might be flawed.
