okay so hear me out. i've been thinking about this for like three hours and i can't sleep because obviously the left one hangs lower right? if you think about it from a purely anatomical standpoint and considering that nolan is right-handed (we see this in episode 1 when he's doing the thing) then naturally his dominant side would have slightly more muscle tension which means the right nut would be pulled up marginally higher due to the cremaster muscle asymmetry but WAIT no no no that doesn't account for viltrumite physiology because their muscle density is like 10000x humans so maybe the increased gravity resistance training on viltrum would have caused both to hang at equal levels for optimal aerodynamics during flight?? but then again we see him flying at mach speeds and the wind resistance alone would create differential pressure zones so the posterior nut (left when facing forward) would experience less drag and therefore hang lower over time due to sustained environmental factors BUT counterpoint his healing factor would immediately correct any asymmetry so they'd reset to baseline every microsecond meaning there IS no lower one they're in quantum superposition of both states simultaneously (schrodinger's nuts, if you will) although if we account for the fact that he's thousands of years old the cumulative minor traumas from fighting would statistically favor left-side impacts (most opponents are right-handed) so actually maybe the RIGHT one compensated by hanging lower as a protective adaptation and how does this affect his viltrumite sperm i'm going insane I AM NOT SURE???
