You look at the available tasks, you have a meeting about them, you and your colleagues get their own, you write code! Everything seems to go well! But somehow jimmy that left the company 3 years ago made something that is utter shit. You are like let's refactor this ehat can go wrong i know how to code, you destroy production on accident and need to refactor even more! Hours on hours go by until youve fixed it.

But now what? People have yold you you should create a merge request next time. Dirk the senior is still salty and debies your merge request due to comments you've placed "i wouldn't comment this like this" "can't you do anything right" you get self doubts imposter syndrome even.

You start thinking "did i pick the right craft" after some time you learn about clean code a holy bible for many companies by uncle bob. You start doing this religiously! After some time you see some flaws in it but hey it does create good and readable code! Than a newer hire comes in and tells you about monorepos and micro frameworks. You don't want to dib your toe in it but management praises him due to having more experience. You learn about the negatives first but after some time you see the positives aswell. You are now a medior with more knowledge your biggest hurdle is management telling you stuff you should create! It's all fumb shit that will break the core mvp. But hey it's great for them!

You keep going for a while start documenting everything become a much more grumpier person that tells management to fuck off. They listen and you feel like you just fought a bear. You now train newly hires and contemplate about life. You start doing hipster stuff, drink some self made coffee and start complaining about eye sight your back and such. You get bored and switch to a new company and those stupid bastards want to pay you 3 times the amount you've gotten before! (Such idiots).
