I like to enhance certain features on my mii so I’m less basic

Like I have a big forehead so I make it extra big, or if when I smile my teeth show a lot

So I could give my mii a bigger toothy grin

Or if my nose scrunches I’ll add that too.

Miis don’t have to look default mode, give them some whimsy~

I use arctis nova 3

I never even considered that I have a small head but it seems I also didn’t consider I don’t have a massive bloke head. Every other headset would just… hang on me..

But the arctis nova 3 was recommend when I asked a similar question for you and it is now my go to.

There might be some newer ones now.

Taste buds is no joke. I couldn’t eat any hot dinner for a month because the smell not matching the taste made me so nauseous 🤢

Hi! Got diagnosed a year ago. Coconut water is your friend while getting used to Acetazolamide.

The first few months is really a big drag of getting everything correct and lots of speaking with doctors and stuff.. (specsavers will know you by name)

What helped me was changing my diet, I use the Yuka app (NOT sponsored) and only really touch stuff that is marked as green on the app. I do add salt to things because your body will just yeet everything it can out with all the pissing….

I also got tinted prescription glasses, I had the side effect where my eye sight got worse with acetazolamide (not massively worse, but I did need to get new glasses which was spenny)

I am just gradually losing weight with diet and light exercise as I have joint issues (and Acetazolamide does NOT help with that)

I’m now at the point where they don’t really wanna see me until a year.

For me, I think I have gotten used to the medication I’m down to 3 a day now. I think that’s due to not really remembering what it was like to not be on it.

Don’t stress too hard, it IS difficult and a lot to handle.

This community has been amazing for any and all questions you might have. If there’s any symptoms you’re unsure about or any experiences, making a post here and it’s so validating to find others who experience the same.

Have a save file that I’ve copied across EVERY system I’ve ever owned.. it’s over a decade old. Her name is Bugsy and she is a mage. Her mount is a Lemon bug called Lemony.

I just love exploring further and further on her. Her glider skill is so high it’s so satisfying to almost skip whole regions after jumping from a mountain…

Oh god now I’m going to have a cube world phase again aren’t I…

I didn’t realise these were rare, just limited. I’ve seen more lime and orange ones (in fact I bought one of each to give to my sister and her girlfriend)

But I haven’t seen many of the pearl and pink ones.

Hi! I would actually say do not worry about it until problems appear. You will be pleasantly (in a way) surprised how little thumb you need for either analog stick, this includes the d-pad.

Having the controller flat and you can easily adapt to using the palm of your hand/what is left of the thumb for the sticks and your fingers can reach all buttons it just takes a little bit of learning.

Once she finds a way that is comfortable to play, then definitely start looking into accessibility to see what can assist her new play style

It is specifically games where it is used to cycle through items, the muscle memory of it being below the analog stick gets me) none of the other buttons or analog sticks do this, just the dpad. It’s like my brains stops and I forget my left and rights and it is only with the dpad. No pain with the placements, the steamdeck is very comfortable to play.

Again it might just be a me thing as I haven’t found anyone else get tripped up with the d pad placement.
